
CONSULTANT
Randy Willis has served the interest of public schools spanning over three decades in various positions in both large and small school systems.
His administrative career includes 14 years as an administrator in four school districts. Randy’s experiences also encompass work at the TexasEducation Agency in the Division of School Improvement.
As superintendent of schools for Granger ISD, Randy led Granger High School to a national ranking as one of U.S.News and World Report “Best High Schools in America” for2017 and one of the “Best Middle Schools in America”for 2021. In addition, GISD was highlighted by John Hopkins University as one of three school districts in the United States
Randy was the past chairman of the Regional Advisory Council (RAC) of superintendents and was on the Board of Directors for the TEKS ResourceCurriculumManagement System for the Educational Service Center Region 13 in Austin,Texas. He has also served:asESC 13 representative to TASA legislative committee, on the Board of Directors for the Equity Center for school finance, and asPast President of the Texas Rural Education Association.
Randy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from George Washington University and his Master’s Degree in Education from Northwestern State University. Randy attended Lamar University for additional post-graduate work in the graduate studies education doctoral program.
