CSG is particularly proud of the Institute for District Leaders. The Institute for District Leaders provides training, resources, guidance, mentoring, support, and job search coaching for those education professionals who wish to become better superintendents or to advance their careers and become district superintendents. Each cohort meets four times a year for two days of content that focuses on all the things you should know as well as how to succeed. Cohort members will have access to both sitting and retired superintendents, representatives who do searches, lawyers, and other educational resources that will help you along the way of your career.
